The Villa
Villa Kipara is an Oceanfront structure, fully integrated on the Swahili Culture of Zanzibar Island.
The villa is designed to accommodate Families and Groups of up to 8 guests.

2 Standard Bedrooms and 2 Master Bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms (4) and all equipped with A/C, Air Fans, Closet and Blackout curtains.
The outdoor Large Veranda fully furnished, for relaxed moments and dining experiences.
The property is surrounded by fruit and palm trees where the vibrant colors of the flowers harmonize with the shades of blue of the sea, visible from all corners of the villa.
The garden is completed by a Private Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi and a single Direct path to the stunning white sand beach, characteristic of the east coast of Zanzibar.
